This Privacy Policy explains how FLUME Global Ltd (“FLUME”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores and protects the information you provide when using the MEA Market Entry Diagnostic tool and any related proposal or reporting services.
2. Information we collect
- Diagnostic answers: your responses to the intake questions, readiness questionnaire and planning inputs.

- Contact details: email address and any role or revenue information you choose to share.
- Technical data: browser type, device information and IP address collected automatically for security and performance.
3. How we use your information
We use the information you share to generate your diagnostic report, score your readiness, build a tailored proposal and, if you request it, produce a Google Slides or PDF deck for review by the FLUME team. We may also use aggregated, anonymised data to improve the diagnostic model and benchmark regional trends.
