Terms of Service
Last updated: 20 August 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using the FLUME MEA Market Entry Diagnostic tool and any reports, presentations or proposals generated from it (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. About the Service
The Service is a self-assessment and planning tool designed to help businesses evaluate their readiness to enter or expand in the Middle East and Africa region. It produces an indicative readiness score, market scale estimate and recommended package. All outputs are subject to validation by the FLUME team before they are acted upon.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to act on behalf of the organisation you represent. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using the Service.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy or interfere with the diagnostic logic or data.
- Submit false or misleading information that could affect the accuracy of reports or proposals.
- Access the internal portal or team features unless you are an authorised FLUME team member.
5. Intellectual property
All content, branding, design, code and methodology within the Service are owned by or licensed to FLUME Global Ltd. You may use the report, PDF or slide deck we produce for your internal business planning and to discuss a commercial engagement with FLUME. You may not resell, redistribute or represent the methodology as your own.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided for informational and planning purposes only. Diagnostic scores, market estimates and package recommendations are indicative and do not constitute legal, financial or investment advice. FLUME does not guarantee any specific business outcome, pipeline result or market-entry success.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FLUME shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its outputs. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Confidentiality
Information you submit through the diagnostic will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will treat commercially sensitive details as confidential and only share them internally with the FLUME team members who need them to validate your proposal.
9. Changes to the Service
We may update the Service, scoring model, questions or packages at any time. We will update these terms if the changes are material, and continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
